Keep calendars, projects, and client info organized
Research using Google + ChatGPT to find answers fast
Do light IT troubleshooting (phones, apps, Zoom, etc.)
Enter and clean up data in Sheets and CRMs
Clip/edit short videos for social media (CapCut/Canva)
Support communications: emails, calls, agendas, follow-ups
Comfortable with computers, smartphones, and digital tools
Quick learner, self-starter, and strong communicator
Basic content creation skills (video, graphics)
Curious about AI, tech, and helping businesses grow
Organized and able to follow directions with minimal hand-holding
Flexible hours (start 10–15/week)
